When you are ready to sell your house, you should consider using a flat fee MLS service. Here’s why:

1. With flat fee MLS, you know what you’re getting: for a flat fee, you’ll list your home in the MLS database. It’s not like a discount broker who just provides cut rate service at a discounted price.
2. With a flat fee MLS listing, you’re in control. If you need to take your home off the market, you can - there aren’t any real estate agent contracts.
3. With flat fee MLS, you make you low, flat rate payment up front; there’s no reason to pay a commission to a seller’s agent after your home has sold.
4. If you’re selling with flat fee MLS and you find the buyer, there’s no reason to pay a buyer’s agent commission.
5. Because your home is listed in the MLS database, real estate agents will know that it’s on the market.
