Modular homes are more efficient because they conserve energy year-round. A study conducted by North Carolina A&T University shows that modular homes are 55% more efficient than conventional homes. During the heating season the home efficiency savings is up to 70%. During the cooling season it is at 33%. If you are looking at doing your part to save the environment, why not invest in a modular home?
